Operation Guide
Charge

Step 1
Turn off the power, turn the power switch to “O”, and then open the charging protective cover.

Step 2
Plug the DC connector of the charger into the charging port of the console.

Step 3
Connect the charger to the mains power supply.

Step 4
The charger indicator will light red while charging and turn green when fully charged or when charging stops.
Note: The battery takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge.
Preparation

Step 1
Connect the charger to the mains power supply.

Step 2
Install adhesive hooks near your bed or living area.

Step 3
Insert the urine collection bar into the guide hole of the urine collection cup and turn the knob to securely connect the urine collection cup and the catheter.
Note: Position the S-hook for easy removal.

Step 4
Insert the pipe plug straight into the main unit.
Note: Check the connection between the pipe plug and the main unit to ensure it is dry.
Start Using

Step 1
Turn on the power and turn the power switch to “I”.

Step 2
Adjust the body’s lying position to between 0-45° (straight lying).

Step 3
When caring for others, push the urine collection cup flat against the urination opening.
Note: Make sure the urine collection cup fits snugly against the body and that the collection tube is level with the bottom surface to effectively prevent urine leakage.

Step 4
Wait for urination. When it senses urine, it will automatically suction. If needed, you can also press the button to pre-start suction before urinating.
Note: After the main unit stops suctioning, if there is any residual urine in the urine collection cup, wipe it dry with a paper towel or rinse it with water.

Step 5
After use, place the urine collection cup in a secure location.
Note: Do not place the main unit in an environment below 0°C if there is liquid in the urine collection cup to prevent the liquid from freezing and affecting the main unit’s operation.
Cleaning Guide
Cleaning up Urine

Step 1
Observe the urine volume in the urine collection bucket and clean
up the urine in time.
Note:The maximum capacity is 2.5L.When it exceeds 2.5L, the host stops pumping.

Step 2
The first step is to open the buckle, and the second step is to pull out the quick-connect connector vertically up wards.
Note:Before pulling out the quick-connect connector, be sure to suck out the liquid in the urine collection tube.

Step 3
Aim the bottom drain outlet towards the toilet to drain.

Step 4
The first step is to press the top lock button as indicated by the arrow and hold it, and the second step is to pull the discharge button upwards.
Note:Do not open the ear buttons when there is urine in the bucket to avoid urine leakage.
Daily Cleaning/Disinfection

Step 1
Press the button to start suction. Then, clean the urine collection cup with a cup brush. Lift the urine collection tube vertically upward to allow any remaining wastewater to flow into the urine collection bucket.
Note:
1. Always keep the device powered on before suctioning.
2. Do not clean the main unit directly with water.

Step 2
Remove the urine collection cup first and use a cup brush to clean the urine collection tube outlet and the sensing probe.

Step 3
Shake the barrel slightly and then discharge the wastewater.

Step 4
If needed, you can also open the ear clips to clean the inside of the bucket.
Note: Before opening the ear clips, ensure there is no residual liquid in the urine collection bucket to prevent leakage.

Step 5
Wipe the bottom of the main unit and the inside of the barrel clean.
Note:
1. When separating the main unit from the drum, the main unit must be placed upright and not tilted.
2. The bottom of the main unit can be cleaned with a damp cloth; do not wash it with water.

Step 6
Vertically insert the upper portion of the main unit into the barrel and secure the ear clips.
Note: Ensure both ear clips are securely locked.

Step 7
Make sure the gasket is completely seated on the bottom of the drum.
Note: If the gasket is not seated on the bottom of the drum, pull the drain button once and re-check that it is fully seated.

Step 8
Disinfect the urine collection cup with alcohol and dry it.
Storage and Maintenance

Step 1
The first step is to open the buckle, and the second step is to pull out the quick-connect connector vertically upwards.
Note:Please suck out the liquid in the urine collection tube before pulling out the quick-connect connector.

Step 2
Observe the battery level. If the battery is low, charge it.

Step 3
If there is odor after long-term use, it is recommended to replace the filter (the recommended replacement cycle is 180 days)
Precautions
1.Do not turn off the power or unplug the quick connector when this product is working normally.
2.Do not place the urine collector host in the channel or in an easily touched area.
3.Before use, please make sure that the host is placed in the effective working range of the urine collection tube to prevent the host from being pulled down.
4.Do not place foreign objects in the urine collection cup to avoid pipeline blockage.
5.Make sure that the tilt angle of the host is not greater than 15 when using it.
6.Do not place the urine collection bucket in an environment below 0°C when there is liquid in it.
7.This product should not be used for purposes other than urination care.
8.Before discarding this product, please dispose of the battery in accordance with local regulations.
9.Please be sure to suck out the liquid in the urine collection tube before unplugging the quick-connect connector.
10.Do not open the ear buckle when there is urine in the urine collection bottle to prevent urine from leaking from the bottom.
11.It is recommended to place a urine pad under the buttocks to avoid bedding stains caused by improper operation.
12.The urine collection cup sensor can only automatically suck urine. Please start the suction manually when cleaning.
13.Every 4 hours, the health status of the user’s genitals and surrounding related parts must be observed. If any discomfort occurs, please stop using it immediately.
14.Every 12 hours, the genitals and urine collection cup must be cleaned and disinfected according to the instructions. To ensure wearing comfort, wait for the skin to dry after cleaning before wearing (at least half an hour).
15.The urine collection cup needs to be cleaned and disinfected every day. Please perform deep cleaning and disinfection after one week of continuous use.
16.People with allergies, please use this product with caution.
